It is an older small condo that needs some remodeling, however spare room for rent has been remodeled, new wood floors in living room, next is kitchen.

I am a very cool, older, friendly old school kind of lady who stays out of other people’s business.
I am very open and communicate very well so I prefer someone that if there is problem talk to me, not about me.
Prefer someone in my age bracket (50s +) and prefer male.
I have owned here for over 14 yrs.
I have had 5 roommates over the years who still stay in touch.
I have everything included in rent, brand new twin bed, new dresser, huge closet,TV, WIFI, electric, water and Streamlined Netflix in your room, there is no cable in my condo, however it can be set up if you wish in your room and pay for it in your name, washer/dryer in condo.
You have your own bath just outside your bedroom door.
Full use of kitchen and pots/pans etc.
Gated pool and Jacuzzi.
Asking $650 a month but will require first and last month with $200.
00 deposit.
I have 2 cats, so you must like cats! I am quiet, don't party and won’t want whoever is living with me to party in my house.
What you do outside of the house is your own business.
I work from home and only want someone that has a job they would go to everyday.
I will only want someone in my house that is quiet and working a steady job outside the condo.
There is your own assigned parking spot.
No animals.
I do smoke cigarettes outside 420 friendly outside as well.
