Looking for someone to join our house in Mesa.
We currently have two females in our mid-late thirties.
Would love to keep a female home but open to the right fit.
I live in the attic and work from home as a freelance writer/editor.
In the spring and summer I enjoy working in the garden, hiking, camping and exploring the natural areas outside of Portland.
Jessica lives in the basement and works and goes to school full time.
Jess is an artist who loves old movies and the occult.
She does catering on the weekends and has her own separate entrance for the basement.
We are respectful of each other's space & schedules but also like to hang in the garden, share meals or take walks on Tabor together.
The bedroom for rent is on the main floor.
It's the largest bedroom in the house and looks over the backyard.
It has it's own separate entrance from the backyard and a small patio overlooking the neighboring fruit and cherry trees.
The bedroom comes unfurnished but it does have a queen size mattress frame if needed.
It has a large two door closet and double paned window/door.
The main floor is 1000sq with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom as shared space.
I'm usually upstairs or outdoors so the main floor is normally pretty quiet.
All around a chill house in a quiet residential neighborhood between the SE Powell and SE Division bus lines.
Close walk to SE PCC, Mt Tabor and Rose VL Deli.
Large backyard with garden, fire pit and attached garage for storage.
Unless it's a non reactive or older dog, no more pets please.
Already have one sweet older female dog and a cat that doesn't get along with other cats but is very friendly with people.
Plenty of street parking, extra storage in garage and laundry available in basement.
Utilities $50 a month April-October
$65 November-March
One year lease
Move in cost: First+ $300 security deposit=$900
