$800 / 1br - Room for rent in Buckeye (Buckeye)

I have a room for rent in Buckeye close to Watson and Yuma that is called a mother-in-law suite.
It has an attached bathroom and it’s own air conditioning/heating unit.
Rent is $800 month with an $800 deposit.
All utilities are included.
A background check is required.
I will not be checking credit as long as you can prove income.
The room is furnished with a queen bed and 2 nightstands.
You would have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and we do have a pool to use over summer.
There is no smoking, drugs, (we are NOT 420 friendly) drama.
We are a 2 mom family with young kids, teenagers, and pets (both cats and dogs) so you would need to be ok with all of that.
Month to month lease to start until we know it’s a good fit, then a longer lease could be considered.
Room can be ready February 1st.
We are a kind, open and honest, friendly family.
We are huge animal lovers.
