$800 Room for rent (Phoenix)

I have my spare bedroom coming up for rent for $800 the end of this month.
You can rent by month for 800 no deposit or weekly for 250 a week with 250 deposit so 500 to move in.
I'm looking for someone that works during the day or night and can pay rent on time.
420 friendly just have to do it on the patio.
You don't have to be a clean freak by any means just pick up after yourself.
The room will come furnished with a bed and TV and all utilities are included (electric, wifi, all of that) don't care if you had a bad past just looking for someone that can pay rent on time and not a thief.
Your bathroom is in the hall which will be shared with friends that come over to see me.
