# (1) SKILLED LABOR:
Looking for skilled labor for repairs as in carpentry, electric, plumbing, welding and ?
Woodworking and artistic skills & upholstery with furniture repair & refinishing is a big plus.
Should be organized, goal oriented good with communication and able to complete progects in short order.
A good phone for communication as well as before, mid work & completion is important.
# (2) LABORER:
Hard worker, strong, organized & get things done person for warehouses.
Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds.
Getting property organized, cleaned, moving heavier pieces of furniture and items around, some landscaping and keeping an eye on things.
Must be able to follow through with task and complete things in time.
Must have good working phone and keep good communication/photos on progects and property security
# (3) OFFICE, PERSONAL ASSISTANT:
Must be organized, quick efficient with Microsoft Office Suite & One Drive.
Good with taking photos, some photo shop, filing and completing task in a timely fashion.
Friendly, with good communication skills and note taking.
A good phone and be able to communicate and use for photos is a must.
Must be able to think outside of the box and roll with daily changes in work progects.
(If you are easily stressed this is not a good position for you.
)
### Positions include:
Private place to live, secured parking for vehicles, free laundry facilities, COX internet.
Pets are ok a case by case basis & must be able to get along with other people and animals.
Area for a garden possible.
