$250 / 2br - Converted Garage for rent, monthly or weekly (Phoenix by cactus and 19th ave)

So I have a converted garage for rent and I'm asking $250 a week or $800 a month.
That’s ALL utilities (WiFi,electric,W S T) included ❗️I also would like a small deposit of $250 (which is refundable upon move out as long as everything looks the same and I'm owed no money) IF you go with the weekly rent instead of monthly.

A small part of the garage is used for storage.
There’s a bathroom in the hall upstairs that you’ll be sharing with one other person.
I must have access to the garage like having a spare key because the hot water heater and electrical box is in the garage.
You have to be very discreet while living here meaning not super loud and obnoxious lol It's a kinda unique situation but it's a lot cheaper than motels that range from $80-120 a night.
