I would hope it is obvious that a one bedroom and one bath apartment roommate situation is an awkward proposition to say the least.
I’m a sane, 34 year old trying to get the boat back on course and perhaps you have found your self in a similar situation…
I’m hoping to construct an ad that can ease some of that unpleasant imagary that should come to the forefront of your mind as it should if we are on the same page.
Unfortunately this is what my best looks like at the moment and although it’s seems strange it’s an extremely unique situation that I’m trying to make the best of.

I’m a single, 34-year-old white male, and I can say without somebody owing me money or having gave birth to me that I am handsome and I can be rather charming.

Ideally I want someone that’ll be pleasant to me and I’ll be pleasant back to them and make this a nice and copacetic living situation workable.
I will gladly give up the bedroom with the king size bed and 43 in wall mounted tv for the couch, whatever makes you most comfortable and even a key-Ed lock on the bedroom, whatever gives you the space that you need.
This place is fully furnished for a couple of course and it’s doesn’t need anything to move in…
The rent will fluctuate depending on dues, which I will be completely straightforward, I’m not trying to make any money here just trying to split my cost.
900 to 1000 it’s a ballpark what I’ve seen.
