I am renting a room with a bathroom that will be inclusive to the renter.
(Includes rent, utilities, and wifi internet).
I am a 60 year old male who just retired from law enforcement.
I keep busy and am visiting my adult daughter (who will visit occasionally) in Chandler and friends in other parts of Phoenix often.
Available for male or female.
Must have a clean background.
No drugs, including smoking marijuana.
Must have a full time job that is not remote.
I have a medium size dog that is lazy indoors and likes to sleep a lot, no additional pets.
Rent is $550 all-inclusive for the 1 bedroom + private bathroom on the other side of the house.
1 month deposit is required.
