I have a 1550 sq foot home with a garage in a gated community.
All utilities are included in the rent.
You get your own walk-in closet, additional storage closet in the hallway, an in-suite full bathroom and half of the garage for your vehicle.
I'm easy to live with as I've always had roommates.
If you're interested in a place, let me know! My current roommate is moving in w her boyfriend so I don't believe she'd have an issue with being out early if you need to move in sooner than March 1st.
I'm located next to the freeway as well as a Wal-Mart, Sams Club, and Fry's.
Let me know if interested! I'm respectful of your privacy, quiet and rarely in the common area's.
I have many friends so spend a lot of time with them at the lake or off-roading so the house will be quiet.
I clean up my dishes and don't leave them in the sink.
