$850 / 1br - Looking for roommate

Renewing my lease 28(F) and looking for a roommate.
I’m currently in a 2bed 1 bath duplex with a backyard, washer and dryer in a little gated community.
No pets.
I currently use the second room as an office but would rearrange and the room would be unfurnished.
Looking for at least 6 months, or a year.
Looking for a roommate that easy going to get along with.
