You will have your own refrigerator (for 2 people or more) if only one person your own small refrigerator and space in the pantry.

We also have RING cameras in backyard and in driveway and ring doorbell.
You will also be able to fully use our upstairs loft as a place to unwind and watch tv or Netflix, it has a 55 inch tv w cox cable box and blue ray player.

Our last college exchange student stayed for 5 years and became literally part of our family for life, she left to finish her college out of state.
The exchange student prior stayed for 3 years before returning to her home country and we absolutely bonded and still stay in touch.
So if you are looking for a second family or very trusted friends we are open to it, conversely if you prefer your space we absolutely respect that as well.
Just know you will be respected and in a safe space.
We prefer someone who works away from the home.

This is not to say you can't relax on your days off.
It's simply to clarify as, i would hate to waste anyone's time, that we prefer someone who works outside the home.
In the winter AC is not an issue, so no issue w that.
But in summer our AC is pretty high.
Or we would need to negotiate a diff price in the summer only if you do work from home.
For two rooms we can work out a different price as well.
We will do what we can to make you feel at ease and like this is your home.
You are welcome to use my simple pots and pans and dishware, as well as blender and airflyers etc, coffee makers.
Or use your own.
