One THC smoker in the house (outside only), no cigarettes or cigars allowed.
Internet is split, if you want your own line, you'll have to pay the difference.
We do not have cable, if you want that, you'll have to pay the difference.
We get internet through Cox.
We rent from an agency, you will have to apply with them, pass a background check and credit check (don't need to be perfect) and pay $150 to go on the lease.
