This is a 4 bed 3 bathroom home.
With a private bedroom with a private bath and entrance downstairs for (picture shows the size of the room with a king size bed in it and a desk to scale size of the room) avalible now, and 2 private rooms with a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom upstairs available for $500 each( both are rented but one will be available April 1st) the room available in April is depicted with no furniture.
We split utilities per person in the house (EVEN COUPLES) which typically comes to 0 each a month.
There is no smoking what so ever inside the home, we have space outside for smoking.
(due to people not following through).
The rooms are unfurnished, but a bed could be provided.
If you have furniture for the house there is room.
The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a pool in the back.
Close to the 101 Hwy, Highway 60, and Right Up the street from Arrowhead Mall.
Conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and food options, and only 15mins from Westgate.
