Private bedroom available, walk in closet, private bath, includes covered parking spot and utilities.
Month to month but I would prefer someone long term.
The room can be partially furnished or unfurnished.
The apartment has 3 pools, BBQ areas, gym and on site laundry rooms.
Close to freeways.
Close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and to hiking trails.
The pictures of the bedroom is the model room.
The room I have does not have a green wall.
I have not added pictures of my room and bath because I have not moved out the furniture.
The room can be furnished with a dresser and TV or it can be removed.
Move in date flexible.
Roommate criteria:
Looking for a female that is in their 30's or older.
Non smokers.
Kids are ok.
Please have proof of income, references and a deposit.
Background check required through the leasing office.
I am not looking to rent the room out to just anyone.
It has to be a good fit.
It's not a hotel! It's a home :) You must like dogs and kids!
