Hi! I have a three bed two bath house.
Renting out my spare room.
$1200 a months, that includes all utilities and internet access.
I have two dogs, so no more pets.
I have a large backyard with a pool.
A garage, and two driveways.
I’m a 29 year old female, looking for a younger female like myself.
I work fulltime and attend school part time.
My dogs are very friendly.
I spend most of my free time hiking and adventuring with my dogs.
Can be furnished or unfurnished.
I have one other roomate so the bathroom will be shared for now.
