There is only one person living here with me.
He is a vet in his late 40’s, clean, quiet, and stays to himself.
He has been here for over 8 years and is very quiet and respectful.

I have two awesome dogs (medium and small) and a great kitty, all VERY well behaved.
My dogs bark when someone knocks on the door, the mail man comes, and when a package is delivered.
Saying this because I got a few people interested that work evenings and don’t know if that would be a problem.
