Hi I’m renting out a room in scottsdale available for move in March 20th.
(Preferred Female ) Room is $825 plus utilities split 3 ways.
The room will be furnished.
Bathroom will be split between two roommates.
Washer and dryer included.
Community Pool and hot tub.
5 minutes away from Tempe market place.
Security deposit required.
Credit check, background check and proof of employment required.
One time $100 cleaning fee.
Roommates age range is 25-35.
Two females.
You will be sharing a large bathroom with one Roomate.
Mature, clean , love to engage in conversation but very work oriented.
Respect spaces and boundaries.
Love movies , music, and to laugh.
Don’t really have people over or have parties.
However will have the occasional friend:)
