$650 Bdrm & Private Bath (Scottsdale)

I am renting out my large 2nd bedroom with private bathroom.
Ideal roommate would be fulltime working, non-smoking, health-conscious active male.
The bedroom is not furnished.
There is no smoking or indoor vaping, no drugs including 420, and no overnight quests.
I work from home half of the week and prefer a roommate that is employed full-time outside the house.
Some common interests are helpful to maintain a comfortable environment but not required.
I am not looking for a roommate that never leaves the house or does not clean up after themselves, and sorry but no pets.
The rent $650 plus a small portion of the utilities or a flat $725 monthly.
Utilities include highspeed internet, electric, and water but I do not have cable TV.
Temporary (2 or 3 months) may be considered.
