I am renting out my very large 2nd bedroom with private bathroom short term.
Ideal roommate would be fulltime working, non-smoking, health conscious active male.

1st: You will not need to be on the current lease.
2nd: A background check is necessary.
Bdrm is 13' by 14' in size.
In regards to, the potential roommate,
There is no smoking or indoor vaping, no drugs including 420, and no overnight quests.
I have a very healthy and active lifestyle mentally and physically.
I also eat and cook healthy, and with that being said, there is no Beef, Pork or Fish to be cooked in the house.
Pizza or other take-out is fine.
I do currently work from home and prefer a roommate that is employed full-time outside the house but this can be discussed.
I bike frequently and hike several times weekly.
I am not looking for someone that never leaves the house or is messy and does not clean up after themselves, and sorry but no pets.
The rent will be $800 monthly and this includes highspeed internet, electric, and water but I do not have cable TV.
A covered parking spot may be possible at an extra cost.
