3br - Caregiver in exchange for room and board (Scottsdale)

Looking for a current or retired caregiver for a dialysis patient (brother) needing some supervision in exchange for room and board.
Responsible for monitoring meds, bathing, and some light housekeeping.
Very comfortable, furnished home, with pool.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Serious inquiries only and must have references, at least 5yr experience.
