No smoking tobacco inside ever, but the home is 420 compliant - outside always please!
The Layout: There are 2 bedrooms and a full, shared, hallway bath upstairs on the opposite side of the home from the master.
Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a full, shared, hallway bath along with a theater, refrigerator, and wet bar.
So there is a full shared bath per 2 people, a living room per 2 people, and a refrigerator per 2 people.
The home is very efficient and a great place to be.
Rent includes utilities like trash, electric, high-speed internet, HOA, property taxes, and the pool.
The inground hot tub is about $30/use in propane when it's really cold.
The House also shares on the COSTCO runs for paper products, whatever we agree on, etc.
Total move in cost is $2400 (=$1200/mo X2, first month's + security deposit).

Hoping you can stay long term, most have stayed at least a year unless job requirements forced a departure.
