We focus more on functionality than appearance so dont care much about pricey updated stuff, if that is a concern to you then this may not be a good fit for you.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a long term roommate for at least a year to permanent.
Drug free, non smoker(preferably but if you do smoke, there is no smoking in, around or near house at any point), drama free, no parties, prefer no over night guests, no hangouts,(we have bbq now and then that friends are invited to join) We prefer someone older.
Someone who is not allergic and ok with dogs as I have 2 dogs that look over my area but do not stay in common areas.
Someone with clean background as background check will be done so clean background no felonies, dui or financial issues in past are ok.
Reliable income is a must as well.
Financial breakdown
$35- background check (done with front office for just criminal issues, not worried about financial or DUI kind of things, mostly felonies.
$575 per month
Internet $40 we have really good internet package for gaming with unlimited data and gigablast speed .
$575 deposit (returned as long as no major damage done to any property on residence, 30 day notice of moving out(which is last day of month of previous month of moving out), utilities are paid, keys are returned.
No major damage done.
