A small room for $175 and a larger room for $210 per week with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED in my ALL-MALE co-housing home in downtown Tempe.
The house is in the best neighborhood in Tempe, blocks from ASU, Mill Ave, lightrail, transit center, and steps from the blue bus line.
Please no drugs or alcohol.
Some of us are in recovery, some are not.
However, we all choose to live in a sober environment free of people using mind-altering substances.
Either way, if you choose to use drugs or drink please find another place to live.
