If you have a child 10 years or under rent will be $850.

During the summer (may-september ) rent is $800.
00 due to the extra cost, but will go down to $700.
00 after summer.
All utilities are included, also free internet, free Netflix, washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege.
No smoking, and No pets, allowed.
