Transform a life as a youth mentor for New Pathways for Youth (Phoenix)

Inspire the next generation of leaders and change makers when you become a mentor! Level Up by New Pathways for Youth works with Phoenix-area high school-aged kids who have experienced high levels of adversity.
Youth are matched with a volunteer mentor, who serves as a caring and stable adult in their life and supports them in completing our research-based program for setting and meeting personal goals.

Become a mentor today! Mentors be at least 23 years old, provide a valid Arizona State Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and if you don’t already have one, you will need to obtain a Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance card through the State.

me/Mentor-Intro We ask that you agree to a one-year commitment to the youth you are matched with.
Research shows that any shorter time frame does more harm than good for that young person.
Our data also tells us that matches that communicate by phone or text once a week and see each other in person three times a month have the highest outcomes in the program.
With that in mind, we ask that you commit to that level of involvement in your youth's life.
