*Education Outreach Coordinator*
The successful candidate will be responsible for booking Zoom and in-person speaking engagements via calls, emails, and texts, as well as coordinating travel, shipping supplies, and maintaining relationships with nursing program faculty.
The Education Outreach Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and working local and out-of-state nursing program career fairs, hosting field trips at our school, and lead entry into our CRM, Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, top-notch organizational skills, be detail-oriented, as well as have a passion for the beauty industry.
The Education outreach Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
* Engage in business development by creating lists of new nursing programs we can market to
* Track lead flow, conversion rate, monthly and yearly revenue, and monthly enrollment numbers.
* Track graduation dates for nursing programs and book talks accordingly.
* Coordinate monthly staff and student events with nursing schools.
* Book speakers for talks with nursing schools via Zoom and in person.
* Order supplies, as well as pack and ship supplies for career fairs and tradeshow events.
* Track nurse talk campaigns in Salesforce
* Manage travel and lunch expenses and submit receipts for reimbursement including submitting mileage reimbursements for speakers that travel
* Liaise between staff wanting to receive treatments and client services to ensure that each one is handled and booked properly.
* Follow up with potential students inquiring about the school and ensuring that they are contacted by dialers.

Salary: $40,000 annually with bonus, $401k, healthcare, paid holidays, and PTO.
\* Monday - Thursday in-house / Fridays remote
\*2 year background check required
