Combined with our 90-degree water, full-sized pools, children are provided the optimal learning environment.

Swim Instructor Job Responsibilities:
* The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with the Aqua-Tots curriculum in a fun, positive manner
* Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and parents on their swimming efforts
* Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
* Ensure swimmer safety
* Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times
Swim Instructor Job Requirements:
* Must be able to swim
* Experience working with children
* Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills
* High energy and hustle
* Friendly, positive attitude
* Strong work ethic
