*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* *Room Preparation:* The Testing Center Administrator plays a crucial role in setting up the testing environment.
* *Identification Verification:* Verify the identification of examinees before they begin testing and assist them in finding their designated seats.
* *Monitoring:* Vigilantly monitor students during test sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
* *Test Material Management:* Assist in the distribution and collection of test materials, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
* *Demographic Support:* Provide support to examinees in completing demographic information before commencing the test.
* *Irregularity Reporting:* Report any suspected irregularities promptly to the testing coordinator.
* *Admission Control:* Manage the admission of individuals into and out of the testing room.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records by filling out necessary paperwork for various exams.
* *Technical Proficiency:* Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to address technical issues that may arise.
* *Flexibility:* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the testing center.
