Part-Time One-to-One Para-Professional

Az Aspire Academy is looking for passionate and caring teachers to provide for our students at our ever-growing Scottsdale campus! Az Aspire Academy is a K-12 Private Day School which specializes in One-to-One instruction and small group classes for students with special needs and learning differences.
We tailor our online curriculum to meet the individualized needs of our students as all children learn at a different pace.
School schedules range from 7:50 AM to 4:10 PM.
We use a variety of online curriculums which follow Arizona state standards requiring minimal lesson planning.
We are currently looking for a PART-TIME Paraprofessional for our amazing students (5 hours).
Our hours run from 7:50 AM to 4:10 PM *Duties:* * Providing students with individualized instruction and care to assist in the growth of developmental, social, and executive functioning skills.
* Working with director, leads, and case managers to best implement innovative supplemental activities to ensure educational growth of students * Flexibility working with students of different age groups (K-12) as well as learning and emotional differences *Requirements:* * Experience working with special needs children in an educational setting * Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card * Experience with de-escalation techniques for special needs students * Experience with SPED Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
00 - $20.
