Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Elementary/ SPED School Teacher to join our team.
SPED experience is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to nurturing the academic and social development of young learners.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Foster a supportive relationship with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
Implement classroom management techniques that promote a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as field trips and school events.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
State teaching certification.
Proven experience working with elementary school students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Enthusiasm for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
