g.
Automotive Technician Students & Instructors).
The key aspects of this service include: * Acquire and maintain minimum technical competency as required to deliver assigned instructor led courses (course delivery certification process) * Deliver automotive technical training courses at appropriate training locations * Prepare classroom, vehicles, and workstations for training courses.
* Manage classroom supplies as needed on a timely basis.
* Prepare classroom and training materials for student use.
* Support identification of training needs, preparation, and release of monthly training schedules.
* Manage service training center maintenance.
* Maintain the physical inventory of training vehicles, materials, tools, and equipment.
* Facilitate student evaluations, tests, and communication with Dealer Service Management when necessary.
* Evaluate and provide input to client's curriculum as part of the Curriculum Development Team (CDT) process to improve curriculum effectiveness *RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICE TRAINING INSTRUCTOR:* * The Instructor selected to deliver a Technical Training Curriculum must be fully certified in the curriculum(s) being taught.
* If an Instructor is not certified, the Instructor may work with facing Technical Support Operations Manager or Technical Operations Coordinator to identify an appropriate training plan, at client's cost, to achieve certification before curriculum(s) are taught.
* The Instructor selected must teach the curriculum according to Technical Training guidelines as detailed in the IGK of the curriculum.
*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SERVICE TRAINING INSTRUCTOR:* * Experience as a mechanic - either from military, dealership, autoshop.
