Responsibilities Our Human Resources & Development team is looking for a Learning Solution Designer to analyze, create, and implement effective learning strategies and solutions.
The Learning Solution Designer will be influencing work that enriches employee and leadership skill development and career progressions.
Our Learning Solution Designer: Researches, evaluates, and implements programs, strategies, and best practices to develop, attract, and retain the best talent to meet the organizations needs Partners with HR&D functions and business areas to execute learning, development and acquisition strategies and best practices Analyzes, designs, develops, and implements a wide range of learning experiences and solutions Analyzes labor market and internal trends that may impact State Farms business and develops solutions to advance company objectives Focuses on transforming State Farm's workforce-related strategies and processes to help enhance the overall employee experience Researches, develops, and implements innovative solutions around employee development and workforce technology enhancements, including infusion of artificial intelligence into the employee journey Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies Qualifications Experience Using Learning Technologies and Platforms including: Adobe Creative Cloud Articulate Storyline SharePoint MS Publisher and PowerPoint Camtasia Inkscape GIMP An Ideal Candidate Has Knowledge Of: Adult Learning Theory Instructional Technologies Performance consulting Design Thinking Industrial and Organizational (I/O)Psychology User Experience (UX) Additional Desired Skills: Design and development of learning & performance solutions – modalities including digital performance support, e-learning, videos, job aids, facilitator and participant guides, infographics, role plays, case studies, simulations and Learning Management System (LMS) Instructional and course design Development of marketing materials and communications Additional Items of Note: Work location: Corporate office in Bloomington, IL or Hub offices of Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; or Tempe, AZ Work arrangement: Hybrid with team collaboration of 5 in office days per month Relocation Benefits: Do Not Apply ****Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.
