Responsibilities
Our Human Resources & Development team is looking for a Learning Solution Designer to analyze, create, and implement effective learning strategies and solutions.
The Learning Solution Designer will be influencing work that enriches employee and leadership skill development and career progressions.
Our Learning Solution Designer:
Researches, evaluates, and implements programs, strategies, and best practices to develop, attract, and retain the best talent to meet the organizations needs
Partners with HR&D functions and business areas to execute learning, development and acquisition strategies and best practices
Analyzes, designs, develops, and implements a wide range of learning experiences and solutions
Analyzes labor market and internal trends that may impact State Farms business and develops solutions to advance company objectives
Focuses on transforming State Farm's workforce-related strategies and processes to help enhance the overall employee experience
Researches, develops, and implements innovative solutions around employee development and workforce technology enhancements, including infusion of artificial intelligence into the employee journey
Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions
Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions
Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies
